The Shukran eGift Card lets you shop across dozens of brands and outlets in Saudi Arabia using your preloaded balance. Treat yourself or someone special with the flexibility to spend on fashion, electronics, dining, and more.

How to Redeem Your Shukran eGift Card

1. Locate your 16-digit Shukran card number and 4-digit PIN on the voucher.
2. Visit the official Shukran website and sign in or register for an account.
3. Navigate to “Shukran Credit” in your account dashboard.
4. Enter your eGift Card number and PIN in the designated fields.
5. Click “Apply” to add the balance to your Shukran wallet immediately.

Important Notes

• You can use your Shukran balance at any participating store in the Kingdom.
• Remaining balance stays in your Shukran wallet until fully spent.
• eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Expired cards cannot be reactivated or replaced.
