How to Redeem Your Max e-Gift Card

1. Browse Max KSA and add your favorites to the cart.
2. On the Basket page, paste your 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN, then click “Apply” to load your balance.
3. Hit “Checkout Now” to finalize payment—your card balance will be deducted automatically.

Terms & Conditions

• Valid at any Max store in Saudi Arabia for 12 months from issue; not redeemable online.
• Must be used in a single transaction; if your purchase exceeds the card value, you must pay the difference by other means.
• Unused balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Multiple e-Gift Cards may be combined in one purchase.
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced; the cardholder is assumed to be the beneficiary.
• Max reserves the right to modify these terms without notice. All disputes are governed by Saudi law.
