Redemption Instructions

• At checkout, choose the “Loyalty Program” payment option.
• Select your issuing bank or loyalty partner from the provided list.
• Enter your eXtra eGift Card number and click “Redeem.”
• Your card balance will display; complete payment to apply it in full.
• Multiple eXtra eGift Cards may be combined in a single transaction.

Terms & Conditions

• Valid for 12 months from issuance or until the balance is fully used, whichever comes first; expired cards cannot be reactivated.
• Accepted at all eXtra branches and on extra.com within Saudi Arabia.

• Apple Pay may be used to settle any remaining balance—but cannot be split across multiple payment methods.
• Each eGift Card is single-use for its full face value; partial redemptions and cash refunds are not permitted.
• Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.
• If you cancel an online order, you must return all items to receive an equivalent eXtra voucher; partial cancellations are not allowed.
• Returned items originally paid with an eGift Card will be refunded as an eXtra voucher only.
• eXtra reserves the right to refuse cards that have already been redeemed.
• These vouchers are non-transferable and subject to eXtra’s standard policies.
